Thanks for visiting my site. I am a self-motivated and customer-focused communications professional with experience in internal and marketing communications at both a tactical and strategic level. I have worked in both the United Kingdom and Australia – I am a dual citizen of both countries - now permanently in London. I am therefore looking for a role that will utilise my skills and challenge me. This could take the form of permanent, casual or contract work.

My traditional areas of focus have been communications activities in either a Financial Services or Information Technology context, and I bring with me a detailed understanding of both industries.

Recently I have also become interested in the emerging field of Customer Experience. This area essentially considers two things: firstly, how to accurately measure the customer’s attitudes towards an organisation; and secondly, based on this measurement, what strategies can be implemented to improve these attitudes.
